lemon ricotta hotcakes from hell's kitchen...

This is company food. These lemon ricotta hotcakes are from the Damn Good Food 157 Recipes from Hell's Kitchen cookbook by Mitch Omer and Ann Bauer. And they are lemony good. These are thin crepe-like pancakes and they do not disappoint.

If you live in the Minneapolis area you can go and eat these same hotcakes in their gospel music playing, pajama wearing wait staff restaurant. If you are not so lucky you can make them from their cookbook. I would put the recipe here but it is a 'all rights reserved' book so I can't. But you can easily get it at Amazon, link to the right.
