more summer food...

This is a favorite Summertime lunch. Once I can have one of these Summer is officially here.

Basically it is a fried egg sandwich with tomato and mayo. And it is really messy to eat. I realize you can eat this year round but it is only really good with local tomatoes that have a taste, not those Winter tomatoes you get here that are only red.
