my bird...

A couple weeks ago we went to Gallery Nite. Our first stop was the Higher Fire Clay Studio on Regent St. owned by our friend and neighbor Linda Leighton. I have been in there before and am always stopped by the little collection of ceramic birds by Briony Jean Foy.

This bird is named appropriately Candybird. You can see more birds here. I fear these may become an addiction. But right now Candybird lives in the mess on my desk where I can enjoy her every day.
